| Veterinary Fees | £10,000 for veterinary fees for every time your dog needs treatment for each separate accident or illness. |
| Death | £1,500 in the event of the death of your dog, The Kennel Club Healthcare Plan will compensate you the purchase price, up to a maximum of £1,500 |
| Theft or straying | £1,500 for loss by theft or straying if your dog dies from an accident or illness, or is lost, stolen or strays. |
| Advertising or reward | £1,000 for recovering your lost dog to help with the cost of advertising or reward if your dog is lost, stolen or strays |
| Kennel fees | £1,000 boarding kennel fees for daily minding fees for your dog in case you have to go into hospital. |
| Holiday cancellation | £3,000 holiday cancellation if you have to cancel your holiday because your dog needs life saving emergency treatment. |
| Third party liability | £2 million third party liability if your dog causes an accident or injury. |
| Overseas travel | Overseas travel cover including veterinary fees if your dog needs treatment when you are abroad in a member country of the Pets Travel Scheme as well as £2,000 quarantine costs, £250 to replace your dog’s health certificate and £500 for emergency expenses abroad |

As with most policies there is an excess that you pay towards the total cost of treatment being claimed for. For veterinary fees claims the amount you pay is the first £60 of treatment costs and 10% of any treatment over £60.
