In countries where the PETS travel scheme operates, we will pay vet fees plus up to £2,000 quarantine costs, £250 for replacement of a pet passport and up to £500 emergency expenses.
Q.If I have any other questions can I call and speak to someone?
Certainly, just call our UK based specialists FREE on 0800 328 2333 Monday to Friday between 9am - 6pm or Saturdays between 9am - 1pm. By the way, you'll always speak to a person, never a machine!
Q.Is there a claim excess?
Yes. As with most policies there is an amount that you pay towards the total cost of treatment being claimed for. For veterinary fees claims the amount you pay is the first £60 of treatment costs and 10% of any treatment over £60.
